Wine Club

4 Bottle Club

• No Membership Fees: One Year Minimum Commitment
• Three shipments per year: Approximately Mar/July/Nov
• Invitation to our exclusive Wine Club pickup parties with light appetizers and entertainment.
• Discounts to Invitation-Only Events
• 15% discount off all by-the-bottle or by-the-glass wine purchases, and wine purchased for the wine club pickup parties.
• 20% discount on all bottled wines purchased on the day you join the wine club.
• 10% discount on all Tuscan Patio and Banquet Room space rentals over two hours.
• Weekend wine purchases do not count towards your yearly 12 bottle commitment.

Wine Pick-ups may not be opened at the winery.

• Approximately one month prior to each of our wine club pickup parties you will be emailed our wine club order form listing our Proprietor’s Wine Selection as well as our current wine list. You may either choose the Proprietor’s Wine Selection of wines or you may choose your own selection of wines. If no choice is made by the due date listed in the email the Proprietor’s Choice Selection will be billed to the cc on file.

Pick up Policy:

For members who have chosen to pick up their wines, your wine be available for pickup during our quarterly wine pick up party or during regular business hours after the pick up party. If you would like a friend or family member to pick up your shipment, an authorization email must be sent to our Wine Club Manager.

Delivery Policy:

An adult over the age of 21 must be present to sign for and receive the package. If there will not be an adult home during regular business hours, we highly recommend sending the order to a business address where the package can be received and signed for. Orders containing alcohol cannot be left on a doorstep, sent to a PO box or left with someone under the age of 21. If no one is available for delivery, two additional delivery attempts will be made. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us and there will be additional shipping charges to resend the package.

Wine club memberships are non-transferable and only apply to the individual or their spouse that is listed on the member account. The member must be present to receive any benefits, discounts and/or attend any Wine Club exclusive event. If your cc is declined more than 4 times, your membership will automatically be cancelled until payment of the current shipment is received and all information is updated.

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellations may occur after 1 year (3 shipments). All wine club cancellations MUST be made 30 days prior to a wine club release. You will receive an e-mail reminder the month prior to your shipment prompting you to update your wine club information.

If you cancel prior to the one year commitment, all discounts you received will be charged back to you.

Given the limited quantities of wine set aside especially for our wine club members, we are unable to give refunds after wine club orders are processed.

Email is our mandatory form of communication with Club Members. Please contact the Wine Club Coordinator with any email, address or credit card updates.
